The Tension Between Talking About Doing and Actually Doing Things
There's been a lot of questions off the back of COVID, this whole city building movement. I feel like it's an artistic point of way, if I was to guess. If I went down the city track, yes, I would be completely legitimate about doing it. But I wouldn't do it in the sense of how they're doing it with the line, that project in Saudi Arabia. The easier way to do it is to buy up land that already sits on a line of existing infrastructures and start from scratch.
