Make your goals clear number two keep it really small number three plan your next step number four use social influence number five slipstream your habits number six reward good behavior and then number seven I've titled what the heck. The idea here is he uses the example of a dieting where if somebody has something and breaks their diet they're much more likely to keep overeating than they are to say like okay well I've done that now I can go back to the way that I should be acting. Just because you messed up once doesn't mean that everything that you've done previously is now out the window there's value in establishing these habits.
