I invite everyone to just like go out and today and do a random act of kindness. Just pick something that could brighten someone's day you know last week two of the things I did last week was one day when I got my morning coffee I said hey can I pay for the next five people's coffees and you can just give them to the next 5 people who walk in. You can help an old lady put her groceries in the car you can pick a flower and leave it for a stranger. There's just so many things that that you can do but just smile at someone wait or even just talk to someone as you walk in past them yep we're all human
