Dr. Siler: I'm seeing more and more athletes doing tons of these short, high intensity intervals all winter. And particularly on Zwift, you see guys getting on Zwifts every day and doing a training race. He says cyclists are building big attacking power but they're losing that sustainable power. "If you actually want to maximize your human performance as an individual, there's a better way to do it," he says.
