The Importance of Multi-Conversations in Social Work
Most of the work that I did with families was going to their homes which is a really great experience to do sometimes it's hard because parents you know say social work is coming into the home. So quite often I do my assessments kind of going through those you know questions that you need to ask while then parents are making lunches in front of me or then children are telling me about their day at the same time so I definitely learnt that art of a multi-conversation going on. We might then use go to the office for an appointment and use a whiteboard to then kind of flesh things out a bit more but it always a bit freer in those roles to then see yeah
