Is There an Administrative Process for Complaining?
Lawyer: People who believe that their rights have been violated under FINRA don't have a way to enforce those in federal court. He says there is an administrative process for complaining, but it's not efficacious and then it's not a good way to address what are really systemic problems. The other thing that you could in theory do would be to file a medical malpractice claim,. But here you would run into another conservative trend, which is damage caps.
