The Best Weight Loss Diet

When you look at long term trials, most the differences between named diets wash away. So just because diet X might not be better than diet Y on paper, doesn't mean that one person gets better results on diet X. It's very difficult for exercise to trump the importance of dietary changes. Some people feel hungrier, not universally. But if you get 100 people to start running and you don't tell them what to do with their diet, some of them will lose a lot of weight but they will gain weight.
