Make sure your challenging yourself. Not every workout is going to be great, but then the next one, try to train a little harder. I'll never forget it, the first time i heard hired jordan sigh it in. He went, oh, my am in a puke. And he goes, if it dosn't i hat off you, dot, change you. Never use cheesy quots like that again. Like that again. Im number four, not getting enough rests. That could mean over training, too many days. So with you, that would be an ot. But if you have, you know, just make sure your challenging self.
