The Importance of Normalization in Our Culture
I grew up thinking it was normal to decide to contribute in some way through example, through direct contribution. That's what normalized in my house. And part of the work I'm trying to do in the culture is now that we are not just in our house but online. The more we learn that what's expected of you is that you will be part of something and make that thing better, the more likely people will act that way.
