Finding a therapist that understands your condition has been super helpful for me. Exercise is very important to me, flexing and pointing my feet in the bed when I'm sick also helps. And then really over time, and I've been dealing with this for 25 years, so looking at different natural products and supplements can be helpful as well. For me, it's my therapist.
