How to Hedging Options Positions on Stocks
As your account grows in size, you know, obviously you have more options. You can hedge an options position with stock if you need to and sort of lock in gains. If I'm swing long Tesla for some reason like I feel like it can go over 400 bucks in the next six months let's say, right? So I've got $400 strike calls for March out to 2009, right? Sorry, 2019. And the stock's trading like 340 right now. It's just been in a range here I would say from like 330 to 350.
