In your forties, you can get to be very overpaid and complacent. People are saying, i want more. And so people n i want a new s curve. That certainly happened to me around the age of forty. What was i doing? I was working on wall street. So i disrupted myself and became an entrepanor and started over. Every time you move, if you choose to disrupt yourself, there's something the functional job of life is getting done. You may be making money, but there's an emotional job of, i wants more. We aspire to more.
