Dr. Matt Glandall is superintendent of the Peking State School District in Illinois. He says he and other school leaders are dealing with swatting incidents involving threats to schools. The district has a full-time director of security who's on call 24-7 along with administrators, they say. "You never know when it's coming and you just respond right away," Dr. Landall says.
