El Zante's Circular Economy
President Bouquetle said Bitcoin would create job growth, take away reliance on the U.S. dollar and stimulate investment in the economy. In one poll by Central American University, over two-thirds of respondents disagreed or strongly disagreed with the decision to make Bitcoin an official currency. Mike told us no one in El Salvador expected El Zante's circular economy to be replicated in other parts of the country.
