The Practice of Self Investigation Is Nothing but Sinking Within
The practice of self investigation is nothing but subsiding deeper and deeper and deeper within ourselves. The identification from body mind to I am doesn't transfer, he or she says. We need to continue the practice until we eventually the identification with body and mind will subside,. But until then we've got to persevere in the practice.
