The Importance of Speaking Through Your Values
I have conformed so many times in my life to who other people want me to be that I could barf a lot about it right now. It just rarely works better to be the change and inspire it in other people. If you are asking people to change, do what my mentor, John DeMartini taught me to do: speak through their values. That's a more effective way to get anyone to change.
