With amazon, yes, they definitely benefited from the the first adoptor effect. But then i guess, when it comes to gugle and microsop, were they basely just seeing that and saying, oh, wow, this is working for amazon. Or was there like a different sort of set of motivations there? Yes and no. And gog on focused on what they considered to be sweet spot, which is analytic. So although they offer some of the other services that their competitors do, its a services such as big quarry and other like data base and analytics focused offerings that have become,. i think, the most compelling use case for many organizations with google.
