Public Health in the Middle of a Pendemic?

The 20 12 act moved public health more to local authorities than any chass, which isn't necessarily a bad thing in terms of what you want to achieve through public health. But it coincided with decade f asterity, with significant grant, it cuts tho public health grant e, significant cuts to local authorities. So it's meant that really we've lost a lot of capacity, experts from public health. And as also now we're facing significant changes per on going nationally and its still un clear how some of that will pan out.
