How to Balance Your Ambition With Your Real Actions
You know, i think a lot of new managers and new leaders are in the process of defining themselves right. My rule of thump is that you should be focusing on those topics where your ambition differs a lot from your real actions. If there's something holding you back from implementing your ambitions that you have in your mind, go into it. There's a lot of gain. Be yon it, for yourself, but also for the people you're havin responsibility for.
