The Inclusion of White People in Corporate Governance
The presence of a white person creates de facto exclusion of black people. They don't want a single white person and they want holy black spaces set aside for themselves. Their mere presence reminds them that there are no spaces specifically for them. This is why we're seeing policies that raise your ESG score under the governance metric that require you to have racial minority, sexual minorities and or women on your corporate boards.
