Court should rule that states if they protect anybody, any of us against deliberate homicide need to at least give minimal protections to the unborn. That would mean not having elective abortion. The more likely outcome is that the issue will simply be returned to the legislative domain. Congress has given a specific delegated power to enforce by appropriate legislation the first section of the 14th Amendment.
