The Future of the Office of the Experience

I think the bigger companies will be able to have a bit more leverage in saying, you know, in offices the way it used to be. And my guess is and kind of just seeing the data and talking around is they still have a strong concentration of folks in or near an office. I mean, that is part of the reality, even with like, you hear a lot of the big tech layoffs, right? There are still jobs, there's still hot demand for all kinds of roles and jobs. It's like just the talent is now starting to shift out of very big tech."
