How to Remind Yourself When You Want to Change Your Behavior

A lot of the little tiny tweetable bits that began with me writing down things to help remind myself when I want to change my behavior. So repeating it, distilling all that stuff into this little repeatable thing is a way for me to remind myself and change my behavior or here's another one. Like if I am invited somewhere to give a talk or to meet somebody or to go for coffee or to zoom even in the future, I always say, would I do this if it was tomorrow morning? Okay. And why tomorrow morning? Well, it's just because that immediacy is like, there's lots of things you agreed to do six months out. Right.
