i think other regimes might well fall by now frankly that's really interesting because what a lot of people are trying to parse between the extent to which this is sort of uh... you know projection wish fulfillment all that. As long as the pro-russian army can hold the line its existing line in the ukraine if russia suffers another massive defeat in ukraine then i think put in's overthrow um... would become very real  but it did remind me a bit and i was just watching it again on television de Gaulle's famous speech to the french people in april nineteen sixty one when the french generals rebelled in algeria.
