How I Worked With a Native Speaker

I think that people just lock up their minds thinking that this person is not capable. And until the industry realizes that it's not one size fits all like, you know, people need this individualized training. All students need a native teacher who will get them to work on the nuances of speech. Some people needs people who get them who simplify it in the way that only they can understand. Like there is room for everyone. It's not that it's only native speakers or only non native speakers. But there is Room for Everyone.
