Is the Female Body Inferior to the Male Ideal?

Froid's father was a psychoanalyst. He believed that women had kind of like their genitalia was split in half, and they could ther have vaginal orgsms or cliteral orgasms. His ideas seeped into the fields of ginicology and medicine at large so he had to be accounted for. And it definitely impacted thousands and thousands of patients who now believed that they were inadequate or not full women because they couldn't have the specific sexual experience which later scientists would realize was a biological impossibility.
