How Do You Think About Coaching When You Coach People?

The most profound experiences in coaching were sort of unscripted because like people don't know what their problems are. So now I think that my primary duty as a writing coach is to get to the core of why things are important to people and then to go from there. Being totally uninhibited is a necessary first step to producing great writing but it isn't the last step. It can also be true in polished businessy contexts. That's sort of a rambling answer. But you're trying to never talked about this out loud and it's very important which makes it difficult.
