There's not really good data on it, but there's no downside to doing it. The only downside sometimes I see many more flare reactions from PRP injected into tenacellbo where people are really painful for a couple of weeks and they end up coming to me for either surgery or a courtesan. We don't have that natural history. This is the problem is there's lots of anecdotes that say this injury was present, stem cells were injected, the injury is gone radiographically. It hasn't yet borne out to be a game changer.
