The Middle East Eye: China Offers to Mediate Israeli Palestinian Peace Talks
China's foreign minister told his Israeli and Palestinian counterparts that Beijing is ready to help facilitate peace talks. China has offered to mediate between Israel and Palestine in the past. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad hosted Saudi Arabia's foreign minister in Damascus on Tuesday. The visit comes as Saudi Arabia is looking to bring Syria back into the Arab League.
