The most important predictor of future performance is an employee's ability to improve at a high rate irrespective of their starting point. Today's episode flips the script--Robert Glazer serves as guest, rather than host! Today is the official launch of Elevate Your Team, which is available in print in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK, and available as a $0.99 eBook worldwide. Elevate Your Team expands on Robert's previous book, Elevate, applying the capacity building framework to organizational leadership and teaches leaders how to best elevate their team to improve, both personally and professionally.
In this extra special episode of the Elevate Podcast, top leadership expert and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Whitney Johnson serves as guest host, interview Robert about Elevate Your Team, and how leaders can build organizations by building their people, not by burning them out.
