Away's Throne in the Heavens
In psalm 103, near the end of the poem, we get another one of these lines: Away establishs throne in heaven. Verse 20 then says, praise away all you who his angels,. You strong ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise away all the hosts of heaven, all you servants who do his will. So that's the image. You've got the three tiered world, and yaway's throne is in the heavens, but also as a touch point here in the temple... The skies above are often depicted as a divine throne room with with god's divine counsel.
