I think if you could organize your LinkedIn profile in a way that makes it easy to see your main roles, I think that's something you should think about doing. The one thing I would say is an extra cruder that I have seen is when someone has 20 advisory roles and you're forever scrolling to try and work out what their background is. But I can't help but wonder with all that feedback that he received and shared that maybe this ethical entanglement thing is a bit of what these hiring entities are thinking as well. Even if it's not ethics, even if it's just paperwork burden, right?
