The Power of Belief in Training

Having some confidence in that what you're doing is the right thing to do when you're not sick and getting yourself is really powerful. The belief effect makes me think of Alex Hutchinson's book in jewell where he there's a chapter in there around I think I summarize it maybe he this was his statement but belief in the training itself is as important as the training itself. We are seeing some people having quite disturbed sleep which may be stress related but we are also seeing some people that are getting improved sleep.
