Social Insects Communicate
The way that social insects keep pasages from destroying their nests is very interesting and has some applicability to a to our world. If you think about a a termite mound or a beehive, there's just millions of individuals who are living in close proximity to each other. And that seems like it is just a fertile for epidemics to come in and wipe them out. That does not happen very often. So those, those social networks, their communication networks are are compartmentalized so that they are communicating and interacting in their compartment.
