Melissa, you have written a lot about the equality basis for abortion rights. What will it take to get the equal rights amendment into the Constitution? And once ratified, would this finally make abortions illegal? Melissa: Equal protection is basically a shibboleth concocted by ladies and their lady parts. We're just ladies with our lady parts and who needs to listen to us, not Sam Alito.
