Decentralization Is Creating a Healthy Team Climate
I think decentralization is making out into real play, where people need to feel empowered to take things on their own. As a leader myself, like I've struggled with this sometimes to make sure that every member of my team knows they can just jump on the things they're owning and really take charge because it's something I want to enable. It's been really interesting to watch companies now start making some heavy investment in terms of what does real people leadership look like? And that's going to be stuff that as we continue to do our research in the teams, we'll continue to pull on those strings.
