Coaching Coaches - Is There a Prerequisite Level of Expertise Required?
In order to experiment I think there's a prerequisite level of expertise required. Can you can your coach kind of work with you and do they have a path for you to experiment? And how are you kind of collecting and understanding what data you’re going to use to determine what the markers are that you're going to make any changes are. There is some positive that can kind of come out of of the access to these new testing modalities that people have available to. But any as we talked about anything beyond that I think is just going, going too far.
