Mylar Insiders has been reporting on cancellations of Etihad first class awards that they booked through Arrowplan. There were a bunch of flights with four, six, eight, I think even maybe nine seats or something ridiculous like that in the cabin. It was widely available to book with airplane points for some reason. The cancellation notice is inexcusable.
