Is the Tenth Amendment in the Constitution?

i know that there are interest groups upon interest groups that would aon everybody being subject to these cuts. We're not really looking into the practicality of it. We're saying, if we had the political capital to do it, a what would you start with? So then the third thing is pretending, once again that the tenth amendment is in the constitution. It's pretty clear that in a country as big and complicated and distracted with so many things as we are,. You're never going to control this fundamental issue of free stuff and giveaways unless you abasically send it back to the states.
