The Gratefulness Exercise

The gratitude exercise is as simple as thinking of three things that you're grateful for in the past 24 hours, or to day. The most important piece is expanding upon it with a partner at night and journaling about it. They can be trivial: sun, weather, parts of your body, anything that you're thankful for. We could actually do this on a podcast if you want - i'm sure we'll have fun!
