For women peak fertility is something like 16, 17 years old. And so by the time you're 30, it's a lot harder to get pregnant. The idea that 50% of women who want to have children but wait until they're 30 to begin to pursue having children will end up childish for the rest of their lives seems less and less likely. "We need to really take a step back and think about talk about investing in yourself now," she says.
