According to idaho laws, i read it, you would need to wait and monitor the ctopic pregnancy until it ruptures. And according to idaho law, i think, that's what you have to do, or else the doctor can be arrested for performing a criminal abortion. I don't see how this idaho law is even close to not falling under that federal statute. Federal law winds, the bine administration seeking a ruling on that, david, i think they'll get it.
