Pipeline drive's research sprints involve interviewing 20 to 25 people over five days. The purpose of the interview is to find out why ther they were making some change in their lives a which resulted in the purchase of a product, or maybe discontinuing use of your product. So that's at a high level, what you're trying to do, is discover that journey of what made you realize about a change. You know, tudy, study, study, how did you actually think about and design that change? And then finally, where did you find a switch to and did a met your expectations?
