The House Refused to Seal the Whistleblower Testimony

Latham let the House know beforehand that they were going to move to now this was important because people were saying the wrong thing about this yesterday. And what I think happened because I've seen this happen a million times in 20 years, I think the court clerk, these clerks are overworked and lawyers don't always explain themselves correctly.
