The civil case could really help set the precedent for this. If these guys cross a corner again, never stepping on private land, theyr cing one foot in public land on one section, and their placing the other foot in publicland on the other section. InThese guys case, they actually used a ladder. One side of the ladder was on public land, the other side of the Ladder was on public lands. The act of climbing over their ladder, their body passed through some like corners of private air space, and that was criminal. M of course, what's at stake here is the landowner wanting to have that landlocked, public land all to themselves.
