Are African American Leaders the Next Marvin Elison?

Last year, only three of the 500 biggest companies in the us were run by african american leaders. How do we create a space where you don't sees someone who looks like him or a young woman who looks like her running these companies? You guess a great question, is one i think about often. I think it comes down to a couple of fundamental beliefs that i have. It's important to be willing to give some one the opportunity to fail in order for them to have the opportunity to be successful.
