The customer is the protagonist in a story, and constantly put them at the centre of what you're thinking about when you're building. At amazon, they do that through the method of a chair at the table. The third one is the problem definition. And it seems like there could be a hundred problems. One of the challenges is zeroing in on the right problem. But i was wondring if you could talk about the this concept of the ladder of abstraction, and how that helps with problem definition.
