Pranai writes about an incident from January 31st, where there was a meeting between the U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and the Indian counterpart Ajit Doval. In this meeting, instead of talking about intelligence gathering or some defense planning sort of an issue, they were talking about things like hackathons and telecommunications.
