Is There Evidence-Based Medicine?
If you're looking for something in the literature, you can find that either in vitro or preclinical. Sometimes you look at the subgroup analyses which are showing a statistically significant difference, but it's not adequately powered. A great example of this is some of the aspirin trials way back when that was being investigated for treatment of QDI. And they actually found two astrological signs that had no benefit from aspirin therapy. That's certainly not evidence-based medicine.
