Do You Think We Could Achieve This at the Secondary Level?

Do you think though we could achieve this at the secondary level? I mean, when I was in junior high, and I think it still happens, but not to the same extent. My teenage babysitter who lives across the street was off to school this fall. She's part of a program where she is learning to be a dental assistant. Now she's not tracked into a career oriented path. And so I think it's thinking a bit more holistically about skills.
